This package is charged by “days” not by “hours”. For example, if you rented the car on the 01/8 at 21:00 and return on the 02/8 at 12:00, it will be 2 days in total.

# For Taiwanese passengers, please have the following ready:

① Reservation Number

② License

③ Japanese translated license

※You can have your license translated into Japanese by visiting your local Motor Vehicles Office with your identification and license.

# For Foreign passengers, please have these ready:

① Reservation Number

② International License

③ Your Original License

# Whilst booking, please ensure the following information have been provided:

① A representative’s full Chinese and English name (Designated driver)

② Number of passengers

③ Method of car pick-up

(i) Airport

(Please provide your flight details. ※Only available for flights between 9:00am – 6:30pm)

(ii) Accommodation

(Please provide your accommodation details. ※Only available between 8:30am – 9:00am)

(iii) Self-service

(Please state your preferred pick-up store)

※If alterations need to be make under unexpected factors (change of flight/accommodation), please inform the store 3 days prior flight departure.

※AEON Naha Shopping Centre does not provide airport/accommodation pick-up service.

④ Please choose a venue to return your vehicle.

※If an Airport service is required, please bare it mind that it will need to be return 2 hours before flight departure.

※For Naha Airport branch, vehicles need to be return before 6:30pm.

※AEON Naha Shopping Centre does not provide airport/accommodation drop-off service.

④ Optional items:

(i)Child safety seats (Please state number of children and their age)

※It is a Japanese traffic rule that all children under the age of 6 requires a child safety seat.

※Due to the installation of safety seats, number of seats available for passengers will vary.

#Compensation Disclaimer

In case of an accident, you will not be liable for anything except incidents that:

- Has not been reported to the police or KKday

- Cannot apply for an insurance or compensation

- Occurred after rental period (returning vehicle late)

#Full Support(安心フルサポート)

This includes operating damages (cost that you will need to pay towards Paradise Rent-a-Car in case of a car accident) and anything that does not covered by Compensation Disclaimer (e.g. tire puncture, lost of car key).

#Towing services at own expense.
